how to save any file from browsers downloaded always on SD?

Hi, Guys I want to know how can i configure my browser download files to be always save on SD card and not in the Phone Memory. I always reconfigure in my SD when download any files before save it and the downloading start. actually no problem for thats but sometimes its take too slowly for open SD, and i hate its.
