E6 changing screen digitizer requires soldering?

I am thinking of changing my E6's whole housing and its screen. If I purchase a screen digitizer, (i619 New Touch Screen Digitizer for Motorola ROKR E6 - eBay (item 260445789766 end time Aug-12-09 01:41:20 PDT)) does it require any soldering? If not, what special things do I need to do to change a E6's housing and screen other than just unscrewing and taking it apart?
