i think handsfree means speaker mode when call activate
i suggest master reset and master clear your phone
select setup from menu and do master reset/clear
security code 000000

dude when u call someone and turn ur speaker on that mode is handsfreemode

dude his phone is stuck on handsfree mode how he can master clear and master reset his phone

ya my mistake
remove battery and place it again and start the phone and do the master reset/clear

ya guys tried all even updated the firmware but no result..
stucked in handsfree means sound only in headphone and no sound when jack disconnected....
even when i make a call.

my suggestion is to flash to generic firmware and see whether its working..if not jut take to moto care center...its my suggestion ..or wait for someone solve ur problem ...
