Exclamation RSDlite and USB driver install Error

I have no C: drive my hard disk drive starts from F:

After executing the setup of Motorola USB driver 3.7 or other version it gives
error "Invalid Drive C:\" and then the installation exits.

The same error pops up in case of installation of RSDlite 4.5 or other versions except version 4.1.
Version 4.1 installs no problems. But without the latest drivers and not knowing the driver version installed i am unable to Flash my E6's Firmware.

How can I fix this error????

if u have ur motorokr cd then install it , it have already drivers which we need to flashing , first uninstall all motorola drivers and rdslite then install ur motorola cd then install rdslite 4.1
i successfully flash my phone using that but first repair ur xp or format ur c drive

in the install process you have steps ['' where you click next , next until the install finesh '' ] there is a step where you can choice the path of your '' program files ' folder you will find input box with default value [ c:\program files\XXX ] where XXX is the application name like RSDLITE just change the letter C in the input box with F or the partition that has windows xp on it

But the installation does not even run to the screen where it asks for the directory to install.

It gives the error as soon as the installation file is opened.

    Thanks for all the Help.!!

But I finally figured it out. Renaming a Removable drive to C:\ did the trick for me, and enabled me to install the drivers.
