Automatic wallpaper changer

Is der any application which can change wallpaper on screen automatically (given path of folder containing wallpaper ) after a specified time...
if not plz smone cn make dis application....

The Concept is not new...
for 1 year I have seen people seeking such a software...
but despite that no developer has been succeeded to develope such a program...
I think it is really difficult to make such a prog. which calls the kernel functions to change wallpaper otherwise there would be such a software...
