I need a simple binary file! Advanced users please help...

Hi dudes.
I'm gonna make an application to change wallpaper.
but I know programming only with bash script.
so I need a very simple binary file that gives file name as an attribute, and changes the wallpaper.
I ASK THE ADVANCED MODDERS TO MAKE SUCH BINARY FILE TO HELP ME.
SOMEBODY DO THAT PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Thats cool but what do u mean by change wallpaper??? Like are u going to have them change automaticaly after certain time??? u should make the app run animated wallpapers too .
