thanks to all again,because of ur suggestions i was able to mend my cell.we all knw the time taken by motocare to solve any problem.thats y i had kept that as last option.but is slight reddish color of white sricker besides sim slot will create problem.how to correct that

hello to all,from last three days i am facing a problem with my e6,its not detecting my sim.i hav tried flashing with nik's black pearl,.10p generic, & nightfox by shantanu.everything else is working fine.whenever i m starting my phone it says no sim,start with antenna off or on.no tower is showing for betwork,some time it detects after restarting 4-5 times and my phone restarts by itself again showing no sim after around 5-10 mins.kindly help.i think its hardware problem.what could be the possible solutions.kindly help me,i love my e6 v much.

Friends, i too faced the same problem few months back i faced it twice and wat i did was simple and all the time this worked...
just remove the sim and press the sim in middle, backside of the golden metal and bend little in middle, it should be like the metal part of the sim which touches the mobile switch device should go down... then put the sim back in mobile and restart the phone and it will work fine...

EASY SOLUTION

Get another phone, just interchange the sims between e6 and another working phone of any make, power on both the phone, then power off both, exchange the sim cards back to the parent phones. it will definitely work. Tried and tested.

As you said early i tried, but it dint worked for me i changed the sim and put to another mobile it was working fine but when i inserted the same to e6 it showed no sim, so i tried my own step posted above by me and i worked finally..

but ur idea may work for some, thanks for the post friend..
