Well, did u dry it up completely before turning it on again.
The best person to help u are the guys from the Moto Service centre , take it there.
I suggest not to try stuffs on ur own.
I always screw up when i do so.

i got problem of malfuctioning ........ when phone got wet in beach, after one day its normal
The water logging in the phone has cause malfunction of touchscreen calibration , its better that you take it to the MotoCentre but you can try one way...
Take out the battery and put the phone open under a fan for around 1 hour and TRY to start the phone , if it works your luck if it doesn't MotoCentre is always there to help you...

Your Warranty is also void man if you dropped your phone into water. But still suggesting you go to nearest service center....
Water may cause pcb as well as Touchscreen
So they can check better.
thank you....
sad!!
Hi. Even i had similar problem last week, touch screen was not working. I took it to Motorola Service near by. They told me that touch screen sensor has gone and it could cost Rs 2,100 including service charges. I felt its took much. So i brought touch screen sensor for Rs 190 from local shop which does not come with any warranty or guaranty and i replaced it my self. First find out how much motorola service station charge. My personal suggestion take it local mechanic and it done for cheap.
well obviously, anything can be done for a cheaper solution. but be aware that it may cost you your phone, or may even cause an accident. your move.
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary,
over many a strange and spurious site of 'hot xxx galore'.
While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour,
" 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, "give me back my free hardcore!"

motocare takes a lot of time in repairing any phone,go there if only you are in warranty, else its worthless both in time and money, one of my friends, touchscreen had stopped working,it was in warranty, they took around 4 months for repairing.so beware....
