Dear all motomaster, I just bought e6 few days ago n i really want to reflash my nu phone, but i confused what f/w should i take . My native f/w is generic (02p). I have little question that is : 1. what f/w should i take ? 2. Can i reflash my phone with hybrid_ahman? 3. why my native browse not working but my opera mini works? Please i need help.... bro, consider twice to flashing ur e6, the modding can be done without flashing ur phone, see the sticky "modding e6 by alpha" there's no big different using original f/w and the modded one, i suggest u start modding with ur original firmware, after ur experienced enough and knowing more about flashing, then flash ur phone cause flashing is a bit risky, about ur native browser, try in setup>data network>"ur net profile" edit it, fill only profile name, APN, user name, pasword, and leave the others blank.. it really help in my country (indonesia) btw if u insist to flashing ur phone, read the sticky "guide to flashing E6 by alpha"

welcome to motorolafans...
as anatanimation said you dont need to flash your f/w coz your f/w support mpkg installation. so with mpkg you can modd your cell. well some f/w have tel net,voice recognition are pre modded so you dont need to install/run them separately.
The main problem you can have after flashing is WARRANTY Void. So i suggest you to not flash your f/w instead mod it as your needs. Not all f/w are stable. Flashing is not a very big issue if it done carefully. I also flashed my cell first time just 2 days back but after investing 1-2 month here in forum.

I have enough experience bout flashing because my previous phone is e680i. My reason to flash my phone is because this native f/w not so fast. According jbenchmark this f/w get score only 355 (385 when overlocked), My previous e680i got 630 (760 when overlocked). So i need f/w whit fast n stable . Just make sure : can i flash my phone with ahman_hybrid?
