increasing the number of calls stored in recent calls list

im a new user of linux powered e6. pls let me know how to increase the number of calls stored in the recent calls list namely

• answered calls(50)
• missed calls(50)
• dialed calls (50)

i think it can be done if we would know the exact file and after,there should be some editing work.but it looks small in reading and is tough in doing.

for me this 50 no. of dialed number list is enough only for a day and then it over laps the oldest.
why cant we increase the listing space than reducing the size of icons

or else can we make a seperate folder for saving the required number to be stored having the time of call and the name also stored in it

This time you have a good idea my dear bro.
But one thing when we delete msgs then it goes to trash.
But in the calls it should be automatically goes to trash bin when it covers the limit of 50 which is predefined.

I know we can give ideas here and think own views. No probs bro

Frequency?

I dont know if I am getting this requirement correctly; but there are certain firmwares i think which do not list repeated calls as separate entries.

That is, if you get a call from number x at time 10:40am and then another call from x at 10:50am, then only one call is listed in the phone log; thereby saving you a space of 1. Similarly, if you 10 consequtive calls from x between 10:40am and 11am, again, only one call is listed at 11am.

See if that helps you somehow.

if you dial from the opera browser the call is not recognized in the list.
