Strange network problem plz help guys

Hi
Guys there is strange network problem on ma e6

When i use idea card it works very fine

If i use any other card like airtel its not working
Emegency calls only
It also asks when starting a phone start wid antena on or antena off
Obviouly i choose ant on
But it says emergency cal only
And in my area there isnt any coverage problem
I also take my frnds bsnl card same prob
Same prnblem wid rel gsm card

But idea card works absolutely fine

I did msater rest
Master clear but nothing...
Problem is still there

Wt to do?

Brother Reflash at once( take back up your data before reflashing).

If problem same after reflashing then pls check with service center if your E6 is in warranty period.

Since when did this start to happen?

Did you make any drastic changes or a flashing fault or anything like that.

I would suggest you take out your battery for 15 minutes or so and let the then put it back and leave it to charge.

Then restart phone (w/o sim) > the phone starts with antenna off> then shutdown phone and reinsert new sim card.

Select ''antenna off when it prompts'' and then after it comes to home screen tap global navigation bar and select ''antenna on''.

Let us see what happens.

*A master rest prior to this procedure would help.
