Can Someone Help Me With My Rokr E6

I Just Got A Rokr E6 And I Put My Sim Card In It From At&t I Was Messing With The Settings And For Some Retarded Reason I Decided To Select Master Reset And Now My Phone Restarts Over And Over If The Sim Card Is In If Its Not In The Phone Works Fine But Obviously I Cant Do Anything Without A Sim Card Can Someone Please Help Me Out Thank You

IF it does not help, then:

1.Take out battery and sim for 15 minutes.

2.Charge phone completely.

3.Insert sim and restart phone.

4.Turn off antenna and turn it back on!

5.Restart phone.

If above fails :

>Again do a master reset and master clear.

IF this too fails:

Flash out to a different f/w.
