How To Add Some Specific Features?

Hi,
I wanted to add the MPKG hack and Voice Recognition to a basic generic firmware. So, what files do I edit? Also, files that are to be edited to reduce system volume? I use EZXCodec and know editing CG34. So, just the filelist please.
And, yeah, I tried the forums, but no real help..

Ok, so i know how to compile and extract.
Supposing, I wish to take the modded files from modded firmwares and then replace them in a generic firmware( say 0.22P). So, which specific files do I replace?

Voice recognition comes through the vui folder.
What does MPKG hack come from?
Also, if I wish to change the configurations of VR, maybe the assigned key, the speed, volume, etc. where do I find the edits?

Each firmware has some features I liked. I just want to merge the features I want but still keep a generic feel (themes, applications, etc.). Modded ones are just too much customized, except for the real features.
