this new firmware is just kiling me man....
even after using the mpkg installer u gave i still can't install any mpkg files....
it just says "invalid application file. the file cannot be used"
help man ..!!..

Hey man This .system.zip is for those who are using the .22p by koing's f/w.
If you are using this f/w then you must be facing an prob that after installing any pkg file mpkg the icon doesn't appear.
So if you will use this .system folder then you will not face this problem..

.22p konig doesn't hv prob. of installing pkg file..
make sure u hv right .system file wid mpkg installed before using mpkg file.
if u r installing .pkg file first time wid help of mpkg den do dis:
1> place stylus n hold it on .pkg file till popup comes n select install wid MPKG installer.
2>make sure u tick on "option always open wid" ie wid mpkg.

i know that dude i've done that a hundred times before. but it's the .22 firmware that is doing problems now. it doesn't installs mpkg now. further i get an option to uninstall the mpkg and install any mpkg by the phone itself (not pkg, it refuses to install it) but says that the file cannot be used....
do you think i should flash ma phone again??

22p doesnt support pkg application dude flash with diff f/w.
if u want generic then try 08p....
