Strange Problem.... Pls Help(Urgent)

when you click on the startup tab and you have the list of programs there, simply click on print screen on the keyboard. Go to paint, click edit -> paste and save the file. Then post the image here

Now i can see all folders on my pc.

i use to have the same problem with my pen drives. I used to do the following:
1)Go to My Computer
2)Go to Tools --> Folder Options.
3)Under folder options - View Tab.
4)Under Advanced Settings - check the radio button-"Show Hidden Files and Folders" and also used to uncheck - "Hide protected operating system files(Recommended)".

and i usually see all the folders whatsoever.
