I think u shud get the phone repaired. touchscreen not working problem s not uncommon. but plz tc of ur ROKR . this s 4 all d users. its a GEM !

I don't believe the touch screen is not working, but the screen inside projecting the screen is dead(correct me if i'm wrong), and it should be easy to fix keypad. But if not , it's not really a workable phone, so i would say around $50-$70. Maybe be lower since the economy is bad now a days.
