Any one plz guide me ,i have a few questions regarding email client settings

do i need to pay any charges for email client service..

i made all settings and tried tp send a mail its displaying like "connecting to smtp.gmail.com" but not able to connect or send mails,

I made exactly these settings in my mobile but iam getting "NETWORK ERROR".

User Name: WAP @ CINGULARGPRS.COM (no Spaces)
Password: cingular1 (lower case)
Time Out: Off
Primary Gateway IP: 66.209.11.61
Port: 9201
Secondary Gateway IP: BLANK
Port: 0
DNS Server: (Check mark)
(1) 66.209.11.61
(2) 66.209.11.61
CSD setting:
Dial in number: 14152441012
Query at Logon: (NO CHECK MARK)
User Name: WAP@CINGULAR.COM
Password: cingular1 (lowercase)
Baud Rate Auto
Line Type: Modem
Time Out Off
DNS Server: (Check mark)
(1) 66.209.10.201
(2) 66.209.10.201

Then go to your browser and enter the following settings:

Profile Name: Cingular
Homepage: http://device.home or remove the http:// and just use device.home
Network Link: Cingular

MMS Settings:

Profile Name: MMS over HTTP
MMSC: http : //mmsc.cingular.com/ (No Spaces)
Max Sending Size: 300K
Network Profile: Cingular

Cingular is not available in India.
