    i bought a motorokr e6 9 months back i havnt modded my phone neway...........but recently i noticed my keypad light(the deem blue light around d navigation nd other 4 keys)is not working...cant figr out wat hapnd ...pls help

    i think this is a hardware problem.....go to service center....

    Hmm.. could be a hardware issue, Anyway just try this method remove the battery, put it back after 30 min and do a master reset. Well if you are lucky then this will work otherwise better take it to service center.. please get me back with your status..

    Hey bambi , I think Sushjames is right check your hardware with the nearest service centre first . But if they tell its working alright . Take my advice and flash your phone with a new firmware . Because there might be problems regarding the system of the old firmware which might have stopped that blue line-light . I have come across this issue in my phone too. I flashed it to a new firmware ( Workingman's ~ Its the best according to me ) . And I got that blue light back.

    But 1st get your phone to the service center. If more problems report back with your after status.

    i think it's not a firmware problem...anyway just check it out.....

    A hardware issue but try what sushjames said seems ok to me.
