How to change MTF file to PSKN

I have MTF installer with me, i just wanted to know if there is any way to change .mtf file into .pskn file as i remember that i read it somewhere but where i dont know.

for mtf files, just open them repeatedly with winrar...somewhere along the line, ull find the .pskn and iconres files...put them in a folder(compare to any theme folder to see wht files are required) and then install as the post says

I even tried opening it with winrar but it says "The archieve is either in unknown format or damaged." I am attaching the file, can you pls convert it into .pskn

Even i tried but couldn't able to extract the mtf file, it saying "The archieve is either in unknown format or damaged."

GREENPETRO theme already had .pskn file, i was asking for the other one which has some Chinese characters and is under the first rar file.

Funny you say that because when I downloaded it, it didnt have a pskn.

No konig it was there from the time i downloaded it from CCMOVE....Sorry if you didn't understand it earlier but i want the pskn files for 2 files, 1 from link 1 and the other one from link 3 which has some chinese characters.
