You need a space between mkdir and the rest.
The command should look like this:
#mkdir /exzlocal/pfad
i tried it in ekonsole but i am getting this error..
# mkdir/ezxlocal/fpad/ (enter)
mkdir/ezxlocal/fpad/: not found - error message ?

So never get me wrong if something happened wrong.
simply first go the the ezxlocal directory
cd /ezxlocal/
then make the new sub-directory from here
mkdir fpad

What's wrong with FingerPad? Yes there is no predictive text, but other than that it works perfectly.
Your firmwaremust support multiple java. I'm almost sure I saw some app called PatchAM for a specific E6 firmware only. Search that maybe.
