Unable to disable pop up

I recently switched my service provider from t-mobile to AT&T pay per use. everytime I send/recieve a text message I get a pop up saying The last transaction cost 0.00 USD. Your account balance is... is there away around this? via radiocomm settings?

Weird, go to your dialpad, then click on the bottom left button and then 'setup'. There's options there for costs but I'm not sure this affects messages. It's of no use to me..

Other than that I have no clue - maybe it's network related and you must speak to your service provider.
