not open its with winrar or any like winrar,,

u must rename that to .mpkg (for installing if FW support mpkg) or .pkg if u want to install by pkg installer like smartasst, but i'm recommended to use .mpkg (by experience i never get mistakes for this)

hi poojanath, qeilock will show if u double press a center key of ur phone, customize icons any in bottom clock, i see in qeilock u have, cuztomise image is blank, so its not show,
try to used my improve qeilock (rename and del .mpkg in filename)

i will pm you an english version but the application is easy enough to understand.

u can edit the sLocker.lin file after installing....in that thers an option for language which is set to '0' by default[chinese]...change it to '1' u'll get it in english......but still settings menu is in chinese.

I am working on complete translation.
