ok, first of all you need motoguard.zip

1) unzip it to .system/QTDownLoad of SD
2) edit motoguard.cfg - just add a "friendly" number where you want an SMS to be sent and text of the message - in case other SIM than yours is inserted in the handset (make sure you use Notepad ++ or similar text editors compatible with *nix systems when you edit the file)
3) add the following code to your startup file (needless to say you need a FW that support startup):
/mmc/mmca1/.system/QTDownLoad/motoguard/motoguard.sh > /mmc/mmca1/motoguard.log 2>&1

that's it, after the first reboot this app saves your current IMSI and every next time the phone is started it checks whether it's not changed.

- there is no verification of success of SMS sending thus it will send SMS every time other SIM is inserted.
- it's not working if SD is taken from the phone of course (but you can always place both startup and the app into /ezxlocal)

My FW is different at the moment so I cannot tell you for sure as what regarding 08p.

the quickest way to check it is to cretae startup.txt(with *nix compatible encoding - use Notepad++) in the root of your SD card with the following text inside

cp /mmc/mmca1/myfont.ttf /tmp/myfont.ttf
mount --bind /ram/tmp/myfont.ttf /usr/language/fonts/AMCSL.TTF
fi

and place true type font file (naming it accordingly as in the startup script ) myfont.ttf in the root of your SD as well.
If this font is applied as your sytem font once handset is rebooted that means your FW supports startup.
