camera problem?

every time i click a pic a black dot appears on it.i cleaned my camera lens with a cloth but no progress.

If you look closer at the lens of your camera (make sure there's enough light to have a perfect detail) and you still cannot see the origin of this dust spot, then it means it's inside the handset housing - maybe a dust particle on the matrix.
In this case you'll need disassembling the housing and try removing it with compressed air.
If you're not sure you can do this by yourself it's better to address reliable and authorized Service Center around your area.

the video camera is working good. but, when i take the photo some error is showing...
"photo capture failed" do u have any solution.......
