i have purchased motorola e6 recently after reading this all thread
what problem i m faceing is that
1. my motorola e6 driver doesnot recognise my fone n say this software version is not support by my phone

2.i have downloaded MPKG folder which contain .system folder and replacd with system folder of SD CARD
it shows mpkg icon in menu(yellow colour) and when i open .pkg files through pop up window n shows <open with> i select it n choose mpkg it alwyas shows INVALID APPLICATION
I hve also tryed lin loader it also shows its icon in menu but same thing happen INVALID APPLICATION
although .jar files are workin properly but .pkg files are not working
also when i choose .mpkg file it shows install in pop window rather than <open with> and shows INVALID PACKET something


i have downloaded all softwares for e6 but all are .pkg, .pskn ,.mtf they all are not working
3. i have downloaded another MPKG replace folder from this site it shows (my computer type icon) icon in menu and same thng happen INVALID APPLICATION

probably ur f/w is .10p.chk by dialling WWW008W..10p does not support mpkg.so flash ur phone to some other f/w.

Not just 10P. 10p and anything that ends with R. If you've bought your phone recently, there's a pretty high chance it's one of these firmwares.

Like vivek said, your solution is to flash out of it. Read the guide below:

As for the recognition problem, update to the latest drivers availabe here on this site in the downloads section. If that does not work, then rollback to MPT 4.51c. That will surely recognize your phone.

i have flashed my e6 to .22p konigv2 firmware everythng working superb pkg files working well but i m not able to load pskn,p2kc themes can anybody can tell me how can i apply it or if new themes r there then plz send me a link thank you

hi koing i have usd ur firmware .22pv2 and loaded lots of apps of pkg n i was having exclamation mark icon for each application
i have accidently get rid of those exclamation mark
i m using (mpkg, ghost that chinese letter showin inmenu) namin folder in qtdownload
step1 i directly open mpkg in menu it shows a window showin UNINSTALL+PROPERTIES+CANCEL
step2 i open UNINSTALL then it shows another window showing
CONFIRM+CANCEL
step3 i chose CANCEL
then it take time & directly open into homescreen after that u open ur menu & orignal icon of each application appears .
next time u load a pkg exclamation mark appears and follows same procedure

note: each time u load a pkg it shows exclamation mark if u do these steps orignal icon appears
koing plz check is this ok,coz i have tried this an my orignal icon appears
