E6 General Chat Motorola ROKR E6 is somehow a candybar version of the A1200 as they functions very similarly but with far more multimedia capabilities!

Exclamation Problem with touchscreen

Hi, i have very serious problem with my touchscreen.
Sometimes when i touch my screen it doesn't react. Another time when i tap my screen it dosen't react there where i taped but in another place( 0,5 - 1 cm below). When i use for example quicknotes the line isn't there where i taped but in another place. Is it problem with hard- or software? I flashed my phone with differents softs but without good reaction. Do u understand me?

This may sound stupid, but have you calibrated your screen? Setup --> Screen calibration?

If you have, then it looks more and more like the digitizer is having a problem. It's a not a simple process to replace it, but can be done if done correctly. Take a look at this thread:

[DO IT YOURSELF] Replacing Your Rokr E6 Cracked/Broken Screen With a New One

Maybe this will also help you out:
I can't calibrate the screen!!

The 'lag' of screen usually is after i lock my phone by qeilock or 'manual lock'. Sometimes it's when i lay phone on desk , put phone to pocket etc. I'll try to install this firmware.

Then just do a back up of everything, remove memory card, and do a master clear and a master reset. See if things start working better then.

If so, you can say it's not a hardware problem (saving you a lot of trouble)
