request for f/w

hi everybody,
i want a f/w which can install & uninstall .pkg applications, edge enabled, good camera, can install themes without restart, can run startup scripts & also goog processing speed. about as i don't bother.Please suggest one or if possible create one.

i dont know about f/w but try this app at lest u can apply skins without restart. just add its skin when u run the app.
