help!!!wanna get rid of annoying popup

guyz plz help me...........when i got ma rokr e6 a month back it was havin .10p f/w even it had the same problem.every time i make a call or i recieve a call a screen popups which says,"you are in phone memory now you want to open message?" it shows 2 options "OK" and "Cancel". So i flashed ma phone to .08p f/w ,i thought it would solve ma problem but it didnt. the same problem is continued.plzzzzzzzzzzz help

the message pops up if u click on gnb icons when u are in call. sometimes when u r in call, ur ear may accidentally touch these icons which has happened many times to me.make sure that u dont touch these icons.

There's an easier way, as soon as you get on to a call, use the side lock key to disable the touchscreen. This way you can meddle all you want with your ear (ha ha) and no popups will appear.

Please note that your phone's touchscreen and functions are fully active during a call. I have even sent smses during call (dont know how that works!). So that's a warning which is telling you "Are you sure you want to access other phone functions rite now?"
