Project For A New Iphone Firmware For Motorokr E6

Hello There.

I have been browsing through a lot of modding communties and have noticed that although the rokr e6 at many times has been considered an iphone alternative, nobody has ever made or proposed to make an iphone firmware....

Now i have gone through the forums and found many brilliant applications that can transform the the e6 into a much better phone than the factory piece of trash it was.......

I would like to suggest and contribute my abilities to develop a new firmware that has the following features:

iPhone SMS : application preinstalled and possibly in a .pkg format so that it can be added to or replace the original keyboard......

qeiLock : a brilliant application that replicates the iphone lock. but needs to be worked on and probably be added to the slide lock key so that it can be locked at will and used efficiently.....

Voice Recognition : already available in the hybrid firmware and pretty accurate so if it's not much of an inconvenience we can add it....

And obviously the general:
Mpkg
loader
usbnet
etc.....

I have very limited programming skills and that is why i am requesting those who do to join in and help me out so that every 1 can enjoy the feel of a new rokr e6...

I hate when people refer to the rokr e6 as an iphone alternative when 1 the e6 came out a WHOLE YEAR BEFORE THE IPHONE and 2 THE IPHONE AND E6 ARE NOTHING ALIKE.

wat i'm tryin to suggest here viper is that many people have found a lot of iphone related applications on the web and it would be good if somebody would make a monster pack that would have all the apps mentioned above....

ya man i know wat u ur saying and i think its a good idea cause i wanted the iphone sms improved, like landscape mode and bigger keys but I yet to find someone to help me accomplish this

want a iphone? get an iphone.... creating a fw for integrating those two software is idiotic, better u mod urself. I don't want to show people iphone outta my e6, i wanna show e6

glad you agree with me viper. even i hope for the very same..
and if it is added in the phone via pkg we most probably wont have to go to a different app it will be much easier to type... and rid us of the burden of having to use a stylus.....

as for subha i would like to say i dont want to show an iphone to people outta me e6.
but the thing is that the iphone has quite a good gui and the keyboard is specially good.
and i truly think that adding both these applications is not idiotic. especially the iphone sms app..
and i would'nt want to by the iphone because it does not have video recording, no mms, no bluetooth file transfer, really bad battery life as for the people who use it tell me, and is always restricted to a single network if you want to use all of its privileges...

whereas the e6 has an amazing battery life. even after using it for over a year i havent noticed even a slight fall in its talktime..
its super customizable... i mean evertime i think about replacing my phone i find an application on the web that really changes my mind and i makes me want to continue using my e6..

If you want something, if you have a vision for that, go ahead do it ..Make a firmware don't care what other people say in here.
Make a nice firmware and the same people opposing you will come and have a click.

a people who wants an iphone firmware has simply to flash a normal firmware, change skin with iphone skin and install queiLock. It's not so hard to do.
