i have the same TV app on my Nokia N95 and it does work in switzerland over GPRS, EDGE, G3 and W-Lan.
i didnt try it on my e680i yet.

man i got all that and i installed it, but when i go to the icon and press it, it takes me to a japanese website and i go on there and i can't read the japanese writing
