advice me

my phone sometimes hangs & touchscreen does not respond. i contacted motorola care & they told me to reininstal the software with latest one. i refused as i know their f/w will not support mpkg.
plz advice me. i have never flashed my phone & i still have two months warranty. my present f/w is original .08p.

Try master reset! I flashd my mobile 2 months after purchase , flashng is safe bt use radiocomm for flashng, its easy than RSD LITE

well...
First, flash with the original F/W from support... If it fixes the problem... then flash whit one of the F/W of the forum...

Why? Because if the problem is in the Hardware then you can claim for the warranty. But if the problem is in the software... after support help you... you can install anyone!
