I need help please!

Hello, I have a big problem with my E6 it's killing me.

I recently got it and it was working perfectly fine. However about a week ago I stopped recieving phone calls. When someone calls me, it rings but it doesn't show me that someone is calling me. I recieve a message after all saying I got a missed call. I've been calling my phone from my house phone but it doesnt show me that someone is calling. I called my company and they said we don't support that phone but it was working at first!

Please i am hoping to get an answer from you guys because I really love this phone and I don't want any other phone but this problem is killing me!

Try restarting your phone and confirm if it solves your problem.

Small problems mostly go away with a simple restart.

Backup all ur messages, phone contacts etc., and Master clear the phone with the option in the setup, should work otherwise go for master reset, it is safe to do no worries, and hope it works for u

Thanks guys.. I tried master reset twice and it still doesnt work I think it rang once though other than that none.. I didn't try the master clear.. If I do it will I lose everything on my phone like messages and stuff because I don't want to do it lose everything and not get a good result..

Yes, using Master Clear will erase all the data on ur phone. (card contents will not be touched).
You can take backup of your data before doing master reset.

No luck. I just did master clear and nothing happened the problem is still there.. but when i go to security in the setup menue.. it shows me fixed dialing, pin request, phone lock and beside them it says off.. and below it says call barring and when i go there it says outgoing calls: off, incoming calls : off.. is that how its supposed to be? i was just wondering maybe something regarding incoming calls begin locked or is off on my phone... im starting to give upppp
