pls help me all my contacts destroyed

i had some problem with my phone E6, so i have given it for repair they have fully installed the new os ,all my contacts was lost, but in my memory card i have the the folder Backup\Back_Apr11\sysDatabase\main.db

i don't know how to restore it
pls help me...

thsi is what id suggest (although a bit lengthy, it MAY work):
1. Mount bind the main.db to the main.db of the phone through a startup text. Instructions here
2. After this, the phone will read the contacts, if any from the main.db which you found in the mem card.
3. Use Eakrins Backup & Restore to create a backup file.
4. Then go back to the older main.db by deleting the startup text, and restarting the phone.
5. Now, restore the backup you created earlier and restart the phone again. Your contacts should now be present.

Of course, there could be other methods, but this was the one that came quickest to mind

if you know how to telnet/ samba to your phone, you can manually replace the main.db in ezx_user/Sysdatabase
