Touch Screen Problem, The Digitizer?

i been having some problems with my E6, like 1 month ago started on sometimes not responding when i was touching the screen, minutes later it worked perfectly again, did that a few times.

but the last week did something worst, not when i touch the screen its like if i touched like 1cm - 1.5cm to the right, so i cant get to the menu, cant recalibrate or master reset.

i decided to flash the phone, it probably will help, but the problem still the same, im thinking now that is not the software or the calibre.

any one know if this problem can be caused for a bad Screen Digitizer? i would like to be a little more sure before buying it.

All signs point toward a hardware issue.

If your phone is under warranty, then take it back and have it repaired.

If its not, then I'd open it up and make sure all the connections are solid. if the phone was dropped its possible that a connector jarred loose. Also if the phone was exposed to any water or excessive humidity, make sure to clean your connectors with alcohol or something like that. Make sure to let everything dry before putting it back together and applying power.

If that doesn't work then you'd probably need a new LCD & Digitizer........
