Invalid application file error message(every so often)

Hey guys, I am running into a slight issue with my Rokr E6 every few days/weeks


I have a few programs installed on my phone(QEZX, EXMMS, etc...) and whenever I try to open the program it gives me the error:

Invalid application file

The file can not be used.


So what I'll do, is use MPKG and uninstall the programs, and reinstall them and they WILL work. But give it 1-2 or 3 weeks and the same problem will happen.

-The memory card has NOT been removed recently
-Phone detects memory card
-installation/program files have not been moved/edited


Does anybody know whats going on? is it a problem with my .system folder?


Any ideas how to fix this?

may be programs are in uninstallation mode...
check wether u have activated it by mistake...
btw. wht app do u use to install and uninstall apps

I use

Yan0's MPKG Program to install/uninstall...so I know I didnt activate it by mistake just because I'd have to go enable it first.


It's very strange, thats why I think it could be something with maybe a system file preventing the phone from remembering what software was installed.

I too use yan0's pkg installer.

you might have activated the uninstall mode by mistake.

check again by clicking mpkg and then choosing properties, which will return it to normal mode.
