I worked/hung around in the service center for a while, so I maybe biased, but I prefer the Moto service center to any other manufacturer. You should visit Reddington in chennai as they are a Level 3 service center.

But as I mentioned before your phone does'nt need service. Just reflash it. Problem occurs sometimes.
    Regards,
    Akshay

I had a very bad experience with the moto service center..

its a really long story. but to cut it short, my phone (ming) was in the service center for 48 days !!!
it all started with the vibrator stopped functioning, and they ended up changing the complete mother board.

I had to file a complain in CORE , with motorola customer care and even write a letter to the motorola head delhi region to get my phone back..

I'm gonna have to thing twice before sending my phone back again

Motorola Phones r actually so good that i not even need to go to Motorola service center in spite of having a multimedia phone(Rokr E6)...which a equally good when compared to some early N series nokia phones & those nokia phones r always in there nokia centers bcuz of there problems (mostly due to virus) rather than with the owner!!!

Well Moto service center are not good as compared to SE service centers ( IN MY VIEW )
Before E6 I had Moto L6 which Due to bad flashing(( though i knew the software's for flashing, BUT i didnt knew how to put it in Bootloader mode at that time)) was not turning ON and only showing the hellomoto screen, i went to the moto service center with the phone to have the problem cleared.

When i showed him the phone, he was putting the bootloader mode using # + Red key and it was not working and he said this was a h\w problem and not a s\w one, so i took it back home and by further searching Modding sites, i found that the bootloader mode comes with * # Red key.

So then i got experienced with the untechnical knowledge of the motoservice center workers.

same with me. first they took 15 days for a simple flash. than somebody used my lovely phone for 10 days. i had to insist on taking back unrepaired phone, only than did they return it. whereas though i had to go to nokia service center many times 'cause my 3230 had some problem(it used to fall from my pocket, a,d keypad or screen used to cause trouble) but they returned the phone within half an hour everytime.
