I had the same problem with my E6. I am having to back down to 4.5.1.c and see if that will do it.

Yeah, I went back to 4. The only reason I was upgrading was because it wasn't recognizing my Outlook 2007 calendar. So I started doing the automatic updates and it took me past v5. Then it wouldn't recognize my e6. Anyhow I since installed 4.5.1c and still no outlook 2007. I then let it update one step to I believe 4.5.8a and now everything seems to work fine, so I think I'll stay right here where I'm sitting pretty.

Can you post what usb driver you used to make it work? I tried MPT v5 and same it does not detect my E6.

EDIT: Found the culprit. Updated my firmware and it now works.

What OS do you have?
If you're using WinXP, right click on My Computer and click Manage. In the window that opens, the left hand side pane should contain an expandable menu called Services and applications. Open it, and then click on services. Then on the right hand window, scroll down to Telephony. Set it to start. You may have to right click and go into properties to do it.
Let me know if this helps.

I decided on to update my MPT to v5.
Was using 4.3.5a.
Got 5.0.5 now - it works fine with my A1200. But does the same really.

I used the attached torrent..many seeds (I'm still seeding )
Remove .zip extension.

EDIT: Ok, one thing I like that I see is new (I think) is that if you connect to the internet with your phone, you can see how much you are up/down-loading and the duration of your session.
