Users have reporte this problem in the past when they had very little space left in the card. Usually, they needed to have around 50-60 mb of free space before being able to install any new apps

I'll second Konig here. I had this problem when the free space on my mem card came down to around 40 mb. But then at around the same time as i freed up some space on my card, I also reflashed to a different firmware, so I am a bit unsure as to what solved the problem.
