Touch Screen Digitizer Replacement

im waiting on a touch screen digitizer i purchased off of ebay and im trying to accumulate as much information to help me replace my old one.. if anyone has step by step pictures that would be amazing.. im guessing its not that hard as long as you know what you're doing.
Any information is helpful.. this is for all the rokr owners who needs to get a brand new scratch free touchscreen on their e6 again.

I reglued mine last week and now the lcd screen looks wierd,
I'll open the phone in a few days and take pictures so you can see.
Replacing the digitizer is mostly by force and then properly placing the new one

thanks a lot... where/how do you attach the flex cable at the bottom of the touch screen digitizer?

Think twice before change ur digitizer.
My friend got his E6 touch screen not function a few month ago and try to flash with other version but still not working, but suddenly a few days later the phone got work normally till today. Don't know what he did but he said to me that he didn't fix anything it just became normal.
I think it's just a bug that E6 got or maybe he used locker key or other thing to touch the screen very often.

my touchscreen became normal too !!!!!
i dint think anything specific except switching it off for 2 weeks !!!
the service centre told me it might be a loose contact somewhere inside..
anyway my fon is working perfect now !!

If thats the case then I've done a great mistake ... I've already got it replaced with another local one bt that is not working properly ......

plzzz tell me how much it costs at ebay
and does it work fine....
