Touchscreen unresponsive help please

I have searched the forum but couldnt find anything similar. I have had AhMan Hybrid 08p firmware for several months and 2 weeks ago I enabled edge and quadband with Alpha's Quadband & EDGE Script . Yesturday after half a days normal use my touchscreen became unresponsive. My hard keys still work and navigate on the screen but no response to touch. I peeled off the protective layer to see if anything changed and nothing. I did forget to say I had 1 hour of responsivness and then it went back to no touch. Thanks for any help.

Try flashing again

If the screen still shows no reponse get a new digitizer

give us a lil more light on digitizer,should know about it.

The digitizer is the front of the phone,
the screen that you touch, it's no te screen itself,
to change you you have to dissemble the phone, and remove it, then change it with the new one with the help of some glue, the downside is that the phone wont look the same
unless you buy the whole front case and replace everything
