When did ur phone start to hv this conditon? is it after a flashing?
I was using E6, then i accidentally flashed it with an incompatible firmware, after tat, my phone was dead, the four icons r unresponsive, not network was detected, i couldn't access to the menu, then there was a red line crossing through the batt icon..
i read through some thread which might help in solving this problem, but after i've tried all the ways that i could (re-flashing for many times with some recommended firmwares), it was still the same, therefore i decided to send it to the factory and ask the expert to repair it for me instead of killing it myself..but seems like the factory cant do anything either, therefore, they ll replace me a new phone (luckily they don noe that it is my fault) as my phone is still under warranty..
