How often do you turn off your phone?

I tend to have my phone on all the time.
Is there any benifit to turning it off once in a while?

From my experience if you don't turn off the phone for a long time, miscall alert or text message will not show (the "!" in the menu)

most of the time my E6 is on (24 hrs stand by),
but sometimes it will off by out of battery (forget charge).

no problem on miss call or text messages for my E6.
the alert "!" still pop up whenever unable to pick up the calls.

@bagus: i think that problem is specific to the 08 firmware. I was using Ahman's VR modded before, and it used to happen that the ! stops flashing even when there are missed events. Hasnt happened since I've switched over to DaGr8's modded 07.

Oh yea, and my phone is on all the time.
