    Default Test Commands

    Hi,
just came across these commands here (support tab):

    Test Commands
    32*116*1*0*0 - read phone code
    32*118*1*0*0 - read security code
18*0 - factory reset, phone code off
    18*1 - master reset
    54*18*1 - full phone reset
    10*0*6 - select 900/1800
    32*279*1*0*8 - model
    32*383*1*0*0 - flex version

Unfortunately none of them worked for me when I entered them in dialpad.
Can anyone test it and let know the results? Or any ideas what I've been doing wrong?

    Hi Shamsudeen,

    some of these should work: WWW007W, WPP111W, *P00, W01W01W, WWW009W, PPP113P1.
And of course this one as standard: *#06#.

only *P00, W01W01W, WWW008W and *#06# codes work for me:
*P00 - asks for some [Clerk Code] to "Join Motorola Club"
W01W01W - activates BP Log Config
WWW008W - displays firmware and bootloader information
*#06# - works on different mobiles (not only Motorolas) - displays IMEI

I disagree, I tried those codes on my Motorola E1000 and none of them worked:
    32*116*1*0*0 - read phone code
    32*118*1*0*0 - read security code
18*0 - factory reset, phone code off
    18*1 - master reset
    54*18*1 - full phone reset
    10*0*6 - select 900/1800
    32*279*1*0*8 - model
    32*383*1*0*0 - flex version
