New motorokr E6 - Help

Hi Guys n Gals,

I have recently bought a new motorokr E6 and have couple of queries to ask you all great fans there.

1. It has come with 1GB card and with 30 preloaded songs.When I access the real player and go to see all the songs there phone takes too much time to scroll down or up for the songs. It takes a good 15 seconds for scrolling. I checked one of my friends handset but he does not have this issue. Please help me out.
2. I tried to transfer a video song from my system to phone. This song plays in windows media player in my system. I downloaded it but in the phone when i tried to play it I got the error that player parameters are not defined. Do i need to make any settings for it.Please advise.

Hi Amit,

Answering your 1st question:
Ask your friend to give you his SD card for 3 mins and check whether it works faster than yours. If not (most probably) then it's because of thedifferent firmware.
What concerning inability of Real Player to play some song - it might be:
because of the different encoder engine for that mp3 file from your PC or because it's not an mp3 (also check bitrate, though mine plays 320 kbps fine I haven't yet checked higher). Well, IMHO Real Player sucks in comparisson with emms player (attached)
Just delete ".zip" suffix from the end of the filename - it's a PKG. install it and try playing that song.

Dear amit,
first refresh your library.it will solve the problem..ok
next the phone lags due to the firmware..
for the video problem you need to convert videos to 3gp or rmvb format..at a resolution of 320X240 anything higher than that can not play...
hope you are ok.
