    What is the most updated version?
    And is there another program I can use that functions the same way?

    Motorola Phone Tools v4.5.1c eng version c/with User Manual - 78.66MB.

    unzip the file / motorola phone tools v4.5.1c eng / enu / setup.exe install .... finally live-updated to v4.5.6a latest.

    Version 4.5.1.d is the latest version

    It can be found on many bittorrent sites - use one of the search sites to get it
