Q: Does E6 use the same audio Codecs as 1200's?

Does E6 use the same audio Codecs as 1200's?
I mean about realplayer sound quality, It's not very fine about 1200, how about E6?

I dont think you can attribute it to the codecs. I have heard both and the E6 output is better than the A1200's. But that's also probably due to better speakers itself, or better acoustic housing of the speakers.

I mean, I'm a sort of sound engineer and I really havent seen any decoder screwing up the sound quality, really.

E6 sound from the external speaker is far more better than A1200

They're both almost identical and crappy, the Rockbox and xmms codecs although make up for it

If yes, which is this codec that i found in exmms, for mp3 decoding? it is not so obvious!
