Firmware R533_G_11.10.54 RBP in CCMOVE - Translation/Interpretation Needed

As we know, firmware R533_G_11.10.54 RBP does not let MPKG installers to be installed. Therefore, it is not possible to install pkg files on phones with this firmware. I have tried the manual installation process for pkg files and that didn't work. So, there has to be some fix unless we want to flash the firmware.

The chinese site CCMOVE has some discussions (with download links for some patches etc.) on this issue. That's as far as I could understand from the weird translation of the site. Appreciate if anyone can do a proper translation of it and post in motorolafans.com. I am also requesting the veteran members, modders and moderators to take a look into it.
