About Firmwares

Hello Moto-Fans ....I've got 'R533H8_G_11.22.20R' Firmware it supports Arabic Language+ English, and I need to ask if I reflashed with any other firmware, will the language gone??
-Is there any language pack for E6
-Is there any thing to extract the current FW in my phone in case to be back to it???? thanks in advance.
