how to delete stock ringtones?

Sure... Youll need to edit CGs for that one... Look for a firmware here that's clsoest to the one you are using right now, and then split the SBF file, and delete the files located on "ringtone" folder on CG34... Then flash the phone with the modified firmware...

We're still not able to delete files other than ezx_user and ezxlocal, so you won't be able to delete those files from the phone itself...
