HELP: vibrate and alarm stopped working!

this is the second time this has happened, my vibrate stopped vibrating and my alarm stopped waking me up for school. the last time this happened, these features were gone for a couple of days, then randomly returned. does anyone know why these things happen and how they can be fixed?

DO a Master reset which is located at Settings-Master Reset. See if the problem still persists

ok, ?'s.......does doing a master reset change everything such as language back to chinese and ringtones back to whatever? also, i dont know the 6 digit sercurity code to do the master reset?

Well, if you did not set the master reset number on the phone, the security code is set to 000000... Also, you will lose any saved files on the phone, settings, etc. etc.

If the default language of the phone is in chinese when you bought it, then it will switch to chinese... My default firmware is set to english so even if I do a master reset/clear, the language is still in english... And, I've backed-up my settings so that even if I do a master reset/clear, most of my settings is still there... Ü

hey i am facing the same issue but my vibration is working proper in case of incoming calls
I have Installed startMenu6 maybe because of that ??
what will happen if I make Master Reset because I have installed iphone theme do i need to uninstall it first
